Tidbits: Deviation

Past time

It was a weekly occurrence..

Under the pretense of passion,

A lil' bit of addiction,

Over-Immerse,

and Over-indulge..

A hobby became a task..

Tidbits: Muddle

Ladle

A Stirring ladle

Too long to handle..

A Stirring ladle

One deep vessel..

At a constant pace,

a slow race..

Against a current,

a motion too fervent..

One's duty,

becomes one's responsibility..

Give it..

a gentle swoosh.

When it's dully,

No time to dally..

Gave in..

a sudden gush.

Tidbits: Obsession

Validation

A want..
Or was it a need?
A desire for it.
You work for it.
A give for take,
Motive to partake.
In this routine,
Repeat to boring.
Procrastinating..
Dallying..
Deadlines approaching..
